We trust you will be satisfied with your Revamp purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, our return policy is below.
Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong product. In this case, we can evaluate the issue and assist as best as possible.
If any package arrives damaged, our policy recommends the customer contact the shipping company and file a claim.
Exchanges:
Only granted for defective or damaged items.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, return the item you have within 7 calendar days after receiving your item.

If the new item you wish to purchase is out of stock you can order other products equivalent to or greater than your initial returned amount.
However, if the return is initiated after seven calendar days you will not be eligible for an exchange.

Exchange process:
1. Please ensure there is visible damage or defective parts.
2. Return the item in the original shipping package. The package must be shipped within seven days.
3. Customers are responsible for purchasing a return shipping label (unless there is an error on our behalf, we will issue a prepaid shipping label).

4. Respond to email with tracking information for returned item. Once we receive the item(s), we will create a new order and ship the new desired product.
If customers are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that all shipped items will be received.
Customized products
Any customization of the product is final sale. We do not accept refunds when product starts preparing. Customers have 24 hours to request cancellation for refund after order has been placed.
Order cancellation:
Restock Fee will be deducted from total refund for merchandise cancellation. (The charges cover the company's expenses to prep the item for resale).
Orders cannot be canceled for a REFUND after two business days as orders have already started preparing.
Transaction Fee: can be deducted from the total REFUND when using a credit card, Apple Pay, or any Pay In 4 Provider. (Rates from 2%-3%)
Refunds for any other reason:
Effective immediately: Our main priority is the health of our family, team, and customers. Revamp has chosen to enforce a FINAL SALE POLICY in response to COVID-19. Though we are doing our part to ensure packages get shipped out to customers by our health team safely and sanitary, we cannot ensure that customers returning/exchanging items will follow the same measures. Therefore, it may ultimately put us all at risk.
Revamp The Brand do not offer cash or card refunds, exchanges only (defective or damaged item) for new merchandise equivalent to the amount of purchase (excludes sales tax and shipping method).
